In the current world of healing and therapy, we are witnessing a significant shift in the way we approach and understand our life’s purpose and journey.

Therapeutic techniques that involve years of ongoing therapy and/ or pharmaceutical interventions have been replaced with more effective approaches that identify the root-cause of issues more clearly.

My unique approach follows this simple principle. This will be a therapeutic, healing process, developed by me, that combines the principles of Regression Therapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Time-Line Therapy, Coaching, Theta Healing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Inner-child Healing and Compassionate Inquiry.

It is a gentle, but powerful process that will help you identify, understand, and resolve the sources of emotional challenges and patterns of behaviour that don’t serve your life goals.

Being in a hypnotic state is equal to being in a nice state of comfortable relaxation. You are always in control but simply feeling more relaxed. When the body is relaxed, the mind can relax. And, when the conscious mind can relax it allows us to give some direct suggestions to the subconscious mind. These suggestions are carried out in your life through the cerebro-spinal system.

Many of our life’s issues happen due to previous experiences during formative years (before the critical faculties are fully developed) or by extended repetition, as with the formation of a habit.
Our aim in using hypnosis is to revise the information held in our mind that controls feelings, habits and behaviours.

NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming and is a behavioural and cognitive psychology approach.
It is a methodology of modelling – it is the process of recognising patterns of excellence and defining them in such a way that others can use them.
NLP requires both an attitude of curiosity and a scientific but playful approach to experimentation beyond the traditional paradigms. NLP is not so much interested in the ‘why’ but in the ‘how’ to get results.

Hypnotic trance is a normal and natural state of relaxation – or the ‘alpha state’. We are in a hypnotic trance at some point in our everyday lives. In some situations, hypnosis happens as self hypnosis, but the hypnotherapist is the partner and guide that can help you deepen the state of trance. We can easily reach a hypnotic trance state, but to get real benefits, a licensed hypnotherapist is required.
